Service principle: The product warranty period is 12 months. Within the warranty period, our company will offer maintenance service and spare parts which have to be changed due to their quality for free. For the spare parts which are not within the warranty period, we will only charge the cost price.
Our technicians will investigate the use condition of the equipments which are not within the warranty period at least three times in one year.
